PROJECT - "Reconstruction of the national cultural monument - HOTEL LEV"
This project was implemented with the support of the EUROPEAN UNION
The company VIALE, s.r.o. implemented project No. 25130120104 "Reconstruction of a national cultural monument - Hotel Lev" based on the project approved by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic as the managing authority for the Operational Program Competitiveness and Economic Growth (more information at www.mhsr.sk).
The location of the project was Československej armády Street No. 2 in Levice.
Thanks to support from the European Union, the exterior and interior of Hotel Lev have been completely renovated and modernized, enabling its reuse as a guest accommodation facility, a conference and social event center, and a relaxation area. A comprehensive year-round tourism product has been created, while 20 new sustainable jobs have been created.
The project consisted of four main activities:
- Building reconstruction
- Modernization of interior equipment
- Reconstruction of the boiler room
- Creation of a wellness center.
